"Stritt Pasta" interprets the first truly Italian street food, as in the story of the 19th century Maccaronai who ate pasta using their hands.

The Project
"Stritt Pasta" is a concept store in Salerno, Italy, that promotes pasta, a staple of the Mediterranean diet, in street food version. It is a small place where you can taste and learn about the characteristics of the handmade artisan pasta "Pasta Paisanella", a company with 50 years of experience in the sector.

The freshness of the ingredients combined in an induction kitchen, without the use of freezers and polluting equipment, offers consumers healthy and eco-sustainable food.
