Ingredients: Canadian and Apulian durum wheat semolina, water, natural lemon flavour.
Slow drying at low temperature (not less than 36 hours).
Packaged by hand.
The package is gr. 250 x 3 units per carton.
Storage time 30 months in a cool, dry place.
Rough and porous appearance.
Cooking time 12/15 minutes.

  • Typical of the Amalfi Coast.
    From a soft dough, using a rolling pin, roll out a sheet of dough and roll it. You get a roll of pasta to be cut with a knife into pieces almost as wide as a noodle but shorter.
    With a dough enriched with milk and parsley, they were prepared especially on holidays due to their very simple and quick processing and in fact the name Scialatielli derives from the dialect word "scialate" which means "abundant".
