  • The handmade fusilli typical of Cilento are a delicacy for the tables.
    Worked by hand with a soft dough, an underwire is used to flatten the piece of dough by scooping it out and rolling it onto it. In the past, housewives used to use the iron to support the umbrella.

    In the small town of Fellitto, housewives make a longer type of fusilli by kneading flour and eggs to obtain more elasticity in the process.
    Paisanella, who has reproduced Italian homemade pasta, offers it with a hand-drawn and pulled process.
