An artisanal specialty from Campania.
Small pieces of dough are cut from a cord of dough and with the help of a finger they are removed by rolling them on themselves.

Widely used in Cilento cuisine, it is typical to prepare them with aubergines, cherry tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella.
